Fittest to survive? No I dont think so...

Have you ever seen two dogs fighting for food? It is not always that the stronger wins. It is the more desperate dog who wins.

In reality also, the most desperate one becomes fittest to survive. I have seen really sick people surviving only because of their will power.

Is there anything more to Darvin's theory?

Boss

The story goes like this ...

One day in a store where I spotted a dog with a list of items. The dog was actually comparing the names on the list and selecting right items to be bought. Next the dog goes to the counter and makes correct payment and picks up the bag. I was impressed with the dog and decided to follow him to his house. On the road, dog had all intelligence to obey the signals. After reaching home, the dog rings the bell. Door opens, owner comes and hits the dog with a stick. Now I was confused so much that I rushed and asked the owner "You have such an intelligent dog, he must be doing so much of work that you would not even need to get up from your seat. And you beat him?"
The owner said, this dog again forgot keys to the house and made me get up!!!

Why do bosses expect so much from their subordinates? Do they not know that if given more freedom the team can do a better job? If they dont have enough trust on the team, why did they recruit them at the first place?
